This page describes what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written from the systems the site actually uses.
What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, a phone number or an email address, the organisation if you give one, the service you are asking about, the site location, and anything you write in the requirement field. We ask for a phone number or an email address, not both, because one is enough to reply.
We collect it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a scope or proposal. We do not use it for marketing lists, and the website sets no advertising or analytics identifiers.
Who processes it
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiry notifications are sent by email through Resend. The enquiries@swanra.com mailbox, which receives and stores each notification, is hosted by Zoho Mail. Content, administrator accounts and uploaded media are held in Supabase. Those suppliers process data on our behalf in order to run the site and deliver your enquiry to us.
Some of that processing happens outside India: Supabase holds data in Singapore, Zoho Mail in India, and Resend sends from Japan, while Cloudflare serves the site from its network of locations around the world.
An enquiry from this website is sent to enquiries@swanra.com, and we keep it until the enquiry is closed and for six months after that. Then we delete it. If you would like us to delete your enquiry sooner, write to the same address and tell us.
