Who we are
SWANRA is the customer-facing brand of SWARASRI SECURITY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT LTD. We supply trained security personnel, staff for defined roles and shifts, and the facility services that keep premises usable — cleaning, building systems, grounds, pest control and waste handling — along with consulting for organisations reviewing how any of this is arranged.
Our tagline is Engage, Explore, Execute, and it describes the order we work in. Engage: understand what the site actually needs. Explore: look at the premises and the constraints rather than assume them. Execute: agree the scope in writing and then do the work as written.
How we approach a service
Most problems with outsourced services come from a scope that was never written down properly. Who opens the gate at six in the morning. Whether the store room is cleaned daily or weekly. Who is called when someone does not turn up. Which costs are ours and which are yours.
So we settle those first. A site assessment establishes the operating scope, the proposal states the duties and responsibilities on both sides, and a review cycle checks whether the work matches what was agreed. If something is not in the proposal, it is not in the service — and we would rather say so than let you discover it later.
