Security shaped around your premises
Security works when everyone knows the posts, the routines and who to call. We agree all three in writing before anyone starts, then review how the work is going on a set cycle.
Share your site, service needs and timing.

How an engagement runs
Process:Workforce engagement
Requirement
Tell us the site, the hours it operates, the roles you have in mind and what you want handled first.
Site assessment
We walk the premises where that is useful, agree the posts or work areas, and write down the operating scope.
Selection
Candidates are identified against the agreed role: duties, shift pattern, site conditions and reporting line.
Checks
The identity and background checks agreed in the proposal are completed before anyone is deployed.
Induction
Personnel are briefed on the site layout, the duties, the escalation contacts and what to do in an incident.
Deployment
Start date, shift handovers, attendance recording and the day-one contact are confirmed in writing.
Supervision and review
Attendance, service quality and open issues are reviewed on an agreed cycle, with a named contact for escalation.
Common questions
What determines the cost of a security service?
Mainly the number of posts, the hours each is covered for, the level of supervision, and anything specialised such as event cover or monitoring duties. The proposal should show which of these the price covers so you can compare it with another quote fairly.
Can we ask for day, night or round-the-clock coverage?
Yes, including continuous cover. Tell us the hours you need, including weekends and any event dates. Shift patterns, handovers and supervisor availability are then confirmed in the service plan before the engagement is agreed.
One distinction worth knowing: the posts at your site can run round the clock where your plan contracts them, but our office answers enquiries during business hours. Both are stated in the plan, so ask for the escalation contact and the hours it covers.
What checks happen before personnel are deployed?
The identity and background checks that apply to your engagement are agreed in the proposal, along with the records you can review and the site induction. Post duties, visitor handling, handovers and escalation instructions should be settled before anyone starts.
Does monitoring support include cameras and installation?
Treat them as separate items. Monitoring support is the duty of watching and reporting during agreed hours. Cameras, recorders, cabling, installation and maintenance are a different scope with a different cost, and the proposal should keep the two apart.
